As the owner, he is the contact for understanding the request, defining a practical scope, and keeping the work connected to the client's goals and materials.
Each project begins with a conversation about the goal, timing, existing materials, and the people the work needs to reach. Recommendations and quotes are shaped around that real scope instead of a fixed package.
